Cardio drumming is a fun and fast-paced way to get your heart rate up, improve your rhythm, and burn calories! It combines cardio with drumming and upbeat music to create an effective workout!
Wear comfortable shoes, clothing that allows you to move and your own water. As with any exercise program, please consult your physician before participating. All equipment provided. Class size limited to 18, registration is required. These classes are available to all registered Buckeye Senior Program participants. We are excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with the Greater Phoenix Orienteering Club to offer an Introduction to Orienteering clinic. In this program, learn the basic map and compass skills necessary to navigate through an orienteering course. Then travel on foot to find as many destination markers as you can in a given amount of time. To make the clinic more fun, an official orienteering map of Sundance Park will be used. Advance registration is required for every participant and a limited # of compasses are available for loan.
